JUDICIAL HELLHOLES® 2010/2011 SURVEY

Since its debut in 2002, the American Tort Reform Foundation's annual Judicial Hellholes® report has kept the heat on jurisdictions that are among the worst in America and helped better define the tort reform debate at local, state and national levels. Our annual survey provides crucial information that is the basis for our research, so please take a few minutes to complete the easy form below.

Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.

STEP 2: HELP US RESEARCH YOUR HELLHOLES

The Hellholes report is only as good as the supporting data. Please provide confidential contact information for your attorneys, local counsel, local residents or businesses, or reform advocates who can help validate your Hellholes picks. If possible, please cite court rulings, articles or other documents that might be useful in drafting the 2010/2011 report.
